Legal & Governance

Terms & Conditions

Effective February 15, 2026. These terms define the operational standards, intellectual property governance, and production frameworks under which Corvus Studio delivers AAA-grade assets.

01 /

Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Corvus Studio. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, production portals, client assets, and creative deliverables. By initiating a project inquiry, entering a collaboration, or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Our services are built around a repeatable, production-validated 3D asset pipeline. These guidelines govern all internal operations, external contributors, and client relationships. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not engage our services or utilize our assets.

02 /

Intellectual Property & Creative Assets

All materials, including but not limited to 3D models, wireframes, skeletal rigs, custom shaders, animation sets, concept art, user interfaces, and custom code (collectively, “Studio Assets”), are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Corvus Studio, unless otherwise negotiated under a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA).

To verify asset provenance and protect against copyright infringements, we archive all development reference boards and research datasets. In compliance with the WIPO Copyright Treaty, any use of generative or AI-assisted tools during asset creation is logged and documented to ensure complete licensing transparency.

03 /

Portfolio & Release Discipline

We prioritize quality and validation over premature exposure. To maintain the confidentiality of ongoing production and protect commercial release schedules:

  • No client-provided material or unpublished characters may be shared publicly.
  • No work-in-progress renders, wireframes, or test assets may be published to personal portfolios, social media, or public platforms until the final assets have met all internal quality benchmarks.
  • All public disclosures are subject to Unreal Engine cinematic integration validation and require formal, written sign-off from both the studio production head and the client.
04 /

Asset & Client Confidentiality

Client assets, proprietary lore, and unreleased characters represent high-value commercial IP. Corvus Studio treats all such information as strictly confidential.

Access to project directories and asset repositories is restricted to authorized contributors. To prevent leaks, we prohibit storing project files in personal cloud accounts (e.g., personal Google Drives). All data handling processes conform to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and GDPR guidelines.

05 /

Acceptable Use & Pipeline Discipline

To maintain workflow stability and prevent production bottlenecks, clients and collaborators must adhere to our linear production pipeline, consisting of:

1. Concept & Turnaround
2. Blockout & Silhouette
3. High-Poly Sculpting
4. Retopology & Quads
5. UV Mapping & Density
6. PBR Texturing
7. Rig Preparation
8. Unreal Integration
9. Cinematic Presentation

Once a pipeline stage is formally approved, changes that require backtracking or redesigning are restricted. This structural discipline ensures predictable outputs and maintains timeline commitments.

06 /

Project Inquiries & Onboarding

Initial project inquiries must be submitted through our official portals, detailing the scope of deliverables and technical requirements.

Our onboarding standards align with the MeitY National AVGC Policy, ensuring all digital content is export-ready. Clear asset parameters and pipeline documentation must be established before production pipelines are initiated.

07 /

Limitations of Liability

Success at Corvus Studio is defined by the technical correctness and performance readiness of assets within the specified engine environment (e.g., functioning correctly in Unreal Engine and downstream animation rigs), rather than subjective visual or artistic appeal.

Corvus Studio shall not be liable for project delays, asset failure, or integration issues arising from client-side pipeline deviations, unauthorized asset modifications, or slow communication turnarounds. In no event shall our liability exceed the total compensation received for the specific milestone in dispute.

08 /

Operational Governance

Corvus Studio operates under Indian and global AVGC frameworks. We align our workflows with the Karnataka AVGC-XR Policy 3.0 and the MeitY National AVGC Policy, ensuring global-standard digital export readiness.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms, or your relationship with Corvus Studio, shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
