Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“Client” or “Visitor”) and Corvus Studio, a creative production studio operating from Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

These Terms apply to: (a) your use of this website; and (b) any engagement of Corvus Studio’s services. Where a separate written project agreement or Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) is signed between the parties, that agreement takes precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any conflict.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or engage our services. By submitting an enquiry or entering into a project with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

Corvus Studio provides creative and technical services including 3D visualization, animation, branding, software development, AI automation, data analytics, and interactive/XR experiences. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are agreed in writing before production begins.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties have agreed to a written project scope or MSA.

Corvus Studio reserves the right to decline any project enquiry at its discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Corvus Studio and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable intellectual property laws.

With respect to project deliverables, the ownership of intellectual property rights is determined by the written agreement between the parties for that project. Unless explicitly transferred in writing, Corvus Studio retains ownership of all materials it creates, including source files, tools, and methodologies developed during a project.

Where intellectual property is assigned to the Client under a project agreement, such assignment takes effect only upon receipt of full payment for the relevant deliverable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client-provided materials, references, and briefs remain the intellectual property of the Client. By providing such materials to Corvus Studio, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed project.

Corvus Studio treats client-provided information, briefs, unpublished assets, and project details as confidential. We do not share or disclose client information to third parties except where necessary to deliver the agreed services (for example, to a sub-contractor or hosting provider), and only under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Specific non-disclosure obligations for a project are set out in the project agreement or a separate NDA. In the absence of a written NDA, Corvus Studio will treat information marked as confidential with reasonable care, but does not assume unlimited confidentiality obligations.

Corvus Studio may use completed, publicly released project work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless the Client has specifically requested otherwise in writing as part of the project agreement.

You agree not to use this website or Corvus Studio’s services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation in India or in your jurisdiction.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
• Transmit harmful code, malware, or unsolicited communications.
• Engage Corvus Studio to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any applicable law.

Corvus Studio reserves the right to terminate any engagement where the Client’s instructions or conduct violate applicable law or these Terms, without liability to the Client.

Payment terms, milestone schedules, and deliverable specifications are set out in the project agreement. Where a deposit or advance is required, production does not begin until payment is received.

Deliverables are considered accepted unless the Client raises a written objection within the review period specified in the project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Corvus Studio is not liable for delays caused by late feedback, incomplete briefs, or the Client’s failure to provide necessary materials or approvals on time.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian law, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corvus Studio’s total liability to you in connection with any project or use of this website shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Corvus Studio for the specific project or service in dispute.

Corvus Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the services, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profits, or loss of data.

This website and its content are provided “as is.” Corvus Studio does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Copyright Act, 1957.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any project engagement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Corvus Studio may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of this website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For active projects, material changes to these Terms will not affect the project agreement already in place unless both parties agree in writing.
